Pre-Payment Options

Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and gives students more time to eat, relax, and play. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch.

How do I purchase meals for my student?

You may purchase meals using a major credit card OR by sending cash or check to your student's school.  

    • Simply log onto www.paypams.com to make purchases with a credit card. You can also check student account balances.
    • When sending cash or check (No Credit Cards) to your student's school, please place the money in an envelope that is labeled with the student's name and the words "lunch money".

This year, all kindergartners eat breakfast at no cost.  All students qualified at the reduced price meal level, eat at no cost.

How do I find out how much money is in my student's account?

You may check account balances and see your student's eating history by using Paypams.com. You DO NOT need to use Paypams.com to deposit money in order to see your account information.

Simply log onto www.paypams.com, create your account, and then check your students's account balance.

 

STUDENT MEAL ACCOUNT REFUNDS

Parents may request a student meal account refund or donate money to the Nutrition Services "Angel Fund" which helps students who do not qualify for free or reduced meals and cannot afford to buy meals.

 

Payments may be made at the District Center Office during the summer by cash or check.

Online payments are a simple, safe and secure way to make payments to your students account 24 hours a day at your convenience.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING SUMMER VACATION

Please note:  Payments will be unavailable from June 17, 2019 until August 5, 2019 for all school besides Harambee and Fairview AHS.

In order to ensure a smooth transition to the next (2019-2020) school year, please review the following important notices.

  1. Any remaining meal account balance will automatically transfer to the next school year.
  2. Meal account balances are updated when school is in session. Any payments submitted during summer vacation will be applied to the meal account balance on the first day of school.
  3. Low balance email reminders and recurring automatic payments are stopped during the summer. They will resume before the beginning of the next school year.
  4. If a child moves from one school to another school within the same district, school information will be updated automatically on PayPAMS.
  5. If your child changes school district, do not register again. You can keep the same username and password information.  Go to Help/Contact  Us and select subject “Moved from District”.  Note: PayPAMS cannot transfer money from one school district to another.  Please contact your previous school district for refunds.
  6. If your child graduated, please contact your school district’s child nutrition office for refunds or go to School Meal Account Refund.

Send Check or Cash

You can always bring money personally or send it with your student. Please place it in an envelope marked clearly with your student's name, their ID #, their teacher's name, the $ amount and the check #. Turn in prepaid deposits to the cafeteria cashier(s) or school office.
